Install

Get ShadowFellowship from the Microsoft Store. It needs Windows 10 version 2004 (build 19041) or Windows 11, 64-bit, and Fellowship on the same PC. Updates arrive through the Store.

First run

  1. Open the app from its tray icon.
  2. On Home, type your in-game character name: the name the combat log uses. It is set once, for every profile.
  3. Press Position buffs at the top centre of the window (or Ctrl+P) and drop each bar box over its buff row in the game.
  4. Set the game's buff icon size so the icons match the square at the right end of each box. The box turns green when they match.
  5. Open Buffs and add the buffs you want to track from the catalog, one click each.

Switch combat logging on

Party relics, the spirit gauge, dungeon events and hero detection come from the combat log. Switch combat logging on in the game's settings. The app finds the log folder by itself, in every Steam library on your PC. See Combat logging.

What shows, and when

A buff shows once its bar is switched on (Home), placed for your screen (Position buffs) and it has an icon. Home's Running now rows say what is missing: Off, or Needs setup with the reason.

Keys

The window, the buffs and the relic row each have a show/hide key; the window's is F7 by default. You set a key by pressing it. Hiding the buffs or the relics only hides them: tracking keeps running underneath.
